You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases on OfferZone. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during checkout — including your name, delivery address and mobile number — because inaccurate information may cause delivery delays or failed deliveries for which we cannot be held responsible.

OfferZone currently allows guest checkout, meaning you can shop without creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your order confirmation details safe and for using your own devices when placing orders. Any activity carried out from your device using your saved preferences will be presumed to be authorised by you.

All products listed on OfferZone are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, specifications and prices accurately; however, slight variations in colour and packaging may occur due to photographic lighting and manufacturer updates. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is currently FREE on all orders.

Please note that product prices and availability can change without prior notice, and promotional offers — including the \"Pay online & get extra discount\" benefit — may be withdrawn or modified at any time. An order is considered confirmed only after you receive our order confirmation with a valid OfferZone order number. We reserve the right to cancel any order (with a full refund for prepaid orders) in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery address issues outside our serviceable network.

We accept online payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and other UPI apps), payments made by scanning our business UPI QR code, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your UPI PIN, banking passwords, card numbers or any full financial credentials on our servers.

For COD orders, you agree to keep the exact or near-exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may lead to restriction of COD for your address or account. If a payment is debited but an order is not created due to a technical failure, the amount is automatically reversed to your source account within 5–7 business days; please contact support with your transaction reference if it takes longer.

We deliver to most serviceable pincodes across India. Delivery timelines are estimates (typically 3–6 business days) and may vary due to weather, holidays, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control. Most products on OfferZone come with a 7-day easy return window from the date of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging and with all tags and accessories intact. Certain categories such as innerwear, cosmetics that have been opened, and perishable grocery items may be excluded for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment source, while COD refunds are processed via bank transfer to your verified account. You agree not to misuse the OfferZone platform. Specifically, you must not scrape or copy content systematically, place fraudulent or duplicate orders, abuse promotional offers or cashback schemes, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or use the website in any way that violates applicable laws. Reviews and ratings must be based on genuine purchase experiences — posting fake, defamatory or misleading reviews is strictly prohibited, and we may remove such content and suspend offending users.

All content on the website, including the OfferZone name, logo, design, banners, text and graphics, is the property of OfferZone or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferZone's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform or your orders shall first be addressed through our internal grievance resolution process via the Contact Us page. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
